Once For All had a clear strategic goal: to modernise its digital platform in order to support future growth across multiple markets and brands. While the existing WordPress-based website had served its purpose, it lacked the flexibility and scalability required for a modern, composable architecture.
The business was preparing to launch a new UK website and needed to ensure its underlying content infrastructure could scale internationally, support multiple brands, and enable faster iteration across digital experiences.

As the UK website launch approached, Once For All reached a pivotal stage in its digital transformation, with focus shifting to building the core content infrastructure that would underpin the new platform.
An opportunity emerged to move away from a traditional monolithic CMS and transition to a headless content platform capable of powering flexible front-end experiences, reusable components, and future composable commerce capabilities.
Where they are today
Working in close collaboration with the Once For All product and engineering teams, we delivered the next phase of the headless CMS implementation using Contentful. Over six agile sprints, we developed a library of modular CMS components designed to assemble into launch-ready web pages, while remaining reusable across future markets and brand variants.
This component-driven approach enabled centralised content management while maintaining flexibility for different brand expressions. With UX design and backlog management led by the Once For All team, development focused on building robust, scalable components aligned with the technical architecture and deployment environment hosted on Vercel.
The result is a flexible headless CMS foundation that supports the UK website launch today while enabling Once For All to scale its digital presence across additional markets in the future.
