Where they began
StreamAMG, a specialist provider of OTT and live streaming solutions, had ambitious plans for its new flagship platform, BLAZE; an end-to-end OTT solution designed for web, mobile, and connected TV.
However, StreamAMG faced challenges in realising this vision. Delivery timelines were slow, hindered by issues with pace and efficiency. A project management overlay led to frequent and costly shifts between immediate commercial demands and core Blaze development. With multiple platform teams responsible for key services, planning challenges around dependencies became bottlenecks, ultimately stalling progress and putting the broader product ambition at risk.

Where They Are Today
With a strong internal team passionate about both the industry and the platform, the key to progress was aligning and empowering them around agile execution. We delivered intensive bespoke training in product management and agile methodologies to the product team, equipping them with both the foundational knowledge and practical skills to shift how they worked, enabling them to better prioritise, plan, and drive the execution of the new Blaze platform.
Working closely with StreamAMG, we collaboratively planned delivery around key dependencies, helping reduce friction and improve momentum. Ongoing coaching over the following three months provided hands-on support and guidance to embed new ways of working.
The results were clear, so much so that 12 months later, we were invited back to help onboard and train new starters, continuing to support StreamAMG’s journey of sustainable agile product delivery.
