Timberyard has been trading for two and a half years, and what a journey it’s been so far.

In the past few years, Timberyard has evolved in more ways than one. We’ve expanded our services, grown our team, and delivered work we’re proud of. Behind the scenes, we’ve aligned with ISO 9001, achieved Cyberessentials+, and built processes for structured, scalable, long-term quality.

And most importantly, we’ve stayed true to what we believe in:

  • Doing excellent work that solves real client problems.
  • Avoiding hard selling or projects we don’t believe in.
  • Taking on only the work where we’re the right fit and can unlock real value.

We speak honestly, challenge respectfully, and keep things straightforward.

Who we are

When we founded Timberyard, we started with a clean sheet of paper. We wanted to help real businesses pursue sustainable growth in the real world, and we shaped our agency around that goal.

From day one, we were intentional about creating an agency that doesn’t just “say the right things” but genuinely operates differently. We didn’t want recycled statements about collaboration or innovation. Every agency says those things, but very few show what they really mean.

Instead, we focused on what matters to us and to our clients:

  1. Being results-driven
  2. Working in true partnership
  3. Bringing client-side experience into every decision

That’s why we don’t operate with layers of account managers or people “just for presence.” Instead, you get the right people, the ones who’ve done the work, know how to drive results, and stay involved from strategy through to delivery and beyond. We build teams around your needs. Not around who’s available on a Monday morning.

We don’t just deliver and disappear either. We stay close to the work, close to the value, and close to you. Smaller agencies like ours are often underestimated. However, that’s fine; we let the results speak for themselves.

Our values

From the start, we set out to define values that truly reflect who we are:

Why Green?

Choosing our colour was a deliberate, team-wide decision.

Here’s why green stood out:

  • Green has always symbolised life, progress, and stability.
  • Green is one of the most calming and reliable colours on the spectrum. It creates confidence.
  • When it came to voting, green won outright.
  • Green lights: a signal to move forward, accelerate, and build momentum.

Timberyard has never been about building a “traditional agency.” It’s about creating a partner clients can trust, where the people you meet are the ones driving results, and where growth is sustainable.
